GENE REGULATION IN DEVELOPMENT AND DISEASE
We are interested in studying genes, which are relevant for embryonic development and human pathologies, using zebrafish as model system. We are focusing on SOX transcription factors and exploiting zebrafish great potentialities for studying vascular development, angiogenesis, lymphangiogenesis. Our goal is to shed light on regulatory networks in vivo.
