NEUROBIOLOGY AND NEUROANATOMY
In the field of neuroscience, our interest is focused on neurodegeneration in Parkinson's disease and on neurological diseases affecting cortical neuronal circuits throughout a multidisciplinary approach, ranging from biochemistry to cell biology and neuroanatomy, in several experimental models ranging from pure proteins to cell cultures, transgenic mice and human tissues.
