PLANT DEVELOPMENTAL BIOLOGY AND FUNCTIONAL GENOMIC
We do basic and applied research for a sustainable agriculture exploring the molecular mechanisms controlling plant development and reproduction using the latest microscopic and genomics technologies. We use genetics, biochemistry and molecular biology to:
- understand how environmental cues influence development
- increase the number of seeds per plant
- explore the optimization of photosynthesis for biofuel production.
